We are proud to announce the launch of Basic Life Support with Defibrillation (BLS-D) training courses for all medical and nursing staff at Consolata Hospital Ikonda.
These sessions equip our healthcare workers with essential life-saving skills, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, and the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)—a critical tool in the event of sudden cardiac arrest.
The goal of this initiative is to strengthen emergency response capacity across all departments, ensuring that our patients receive prompt, effective care in critical situations. The training combines theory with hands-on practice, guided by certified instructors.
This marks an important step forward in our ongoing commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and professional development for our team.
